My rating: 7.5/10

Will I watch it again?  Yes.

It's been at least a decade since I saw this.  It's held up well.  I'm a sucker for a good crime flick and the seedy side of life of the people living the life.  This one combines the two and  delivers an many areas.  The story is great.  The performances are great, especially from Ribisi.  His interactions with his father in the final act really do it for me.  I also like Vin Diesel here.  I don't care much for his tough guy leading man persona but I really dig what he does when he's not, like in this picture.  He's great and blends in with the cast like a regular guy.  The ending kind of stops but, in all fairness, you know what's going to happen.  I like seeing the results of those making the plans.  The New Line DVD presents the film in anamorphic widescreen.  The extras include a commentary track, the isolated score with composer commentary, four deleted scenes and an alternate ending (which I REALLY liked), and the theatrical trailer (also anamorphic widescreen).
