My rating: 7.5/10

Will I watch it again?  Yes.

The cast is filled with hilarious people and it's a surprisingly solid movie.  I say surprisingly because you wouldn't think this would be anything more than a series of bits (which it is) with no concern for anything else.  I'm a huge fan of Norm and others in the cast so that brings more funny to me than it would for other people.  Don Rickles is hilarious.  The pacing is slower than I'd like it and there's a lot of little bits of down time but there are enough really funny bits to keep it moving along enough for it not to bother me.
